Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Since we sell Spice Powders, Blended Spices, and Whole Spices, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product

• You received an expired product

• You received an incorrect item

1.2. Products once opened, used, or partially consumed are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Request Timeline

2.1. Any return or refund request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2. Customers must share clear images or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice as proof while raising the request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used spice products

• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

• Products returned without original packaging

4. Return Approval Process

4.1. Once a return request is received, our quality team will review the request.

4.2. Flamora Spices reserves the right to approve or reject return or refund requests based on the evidence provided.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5.2. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of details.

6. Replacement Policy

6.1. In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6.2. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost in approved cases.

7. Shipping Charges & Refunds

7.1. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7.2. In case of incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error, shipping charges will not be refunded.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

8.2. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Quality & Safety Disclaimer

9.1. Flamora Spices maintains strict hygiene and quality control standards.

9.2. Customers are advised to check ingredients carefully before use. Flamora Spices is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
