1. Order Processing

1.1. All orders placed on www.flamoraspices.com are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

1.2. Orders received after 24 hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options

2.1. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Express Shipping

2.2. Orders are shipped using reliable courier partners, including but not limited to Shiprocket, Rapid Shipping, BigShip, or similar logistics providers.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

3.1. Standard delivery timelines are approximately 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

3.2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Flamora Spices does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

4. Shipment Tracking

4.1. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS to help you track your shipment.

4.2. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges

A) Digital Payment Orders

• Order Value ₹0 – ₹498 → ₹49 Shipping Charges

• Order Value above ₹498 → Free Shipping

B) Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Order Value ₹0 – ₹499 → ₹79 Charges

• Order Value ₹500 – ₹10,000 → ₹100 Charges

• Order Value ₹10,001 – ₹25,000 → ₹500 Charges

• Order Value ₹25,001 – ₹50,000 → ₹1,000 Charges

All COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Orders will be shipped only after confirmation.

C) Express Shipping

• ₹100 per KG

• Available only on prepaid (digital payment) orders

6. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

6.1. Flamora Spices currently delivers within India only.

6.2. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

7. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

7.1. Flamora Spices is not liable for delays caused due to events beyond our control, including courier issues, natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, or government restrictions.

7.2. In case of significant delays, our support team will inform you and assist with resolution.

8. Non-Delivery & Returned Shipments

8.1. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping will be arranged upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
